My journey at Phoenix began in 2011and has been deeply fulfilling and transformative. Starting as an English teacher, I've navigated through various roles, each presenting unique opportunities for learning and growth. What initially attracted me to Phoenix was the comprehensive security measures in place, ensuring safety not only for students but also for adults. Having both my children in the residential setup at Phoenix has been a tremendous blessing. My eldest has successfully graduated, and my younger child is currently in grade 8. It's immensely gratifying to witness how both of them have benefited from the holistic development offered at Phoenix. They've grown into well-rounded individuals with strong moral values, thanks to the nurturing environment here. The hallmark of Phoenix is…. its exceptionally supportive and collaborative culture among staff. Whether it's brainstorming sessions for curriculum development or supporting each other during challenging times—which I have personally experienced. Moreover, Phoenix is dedicated to ensuring all staff receive adequate training to tackle today's challenges. Workshops on innovative teaching methods and mentorship programs have enabled me to evolve as an educator, teaching across curriculums.
